1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using GTMHacked ("the Service"), operated by GTMHacked at GTMHacked.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including during the beta period.
2. Description of Service
GTMHacked is a multi-agent go-to-market platform that helps founders and early-stage startups automate lead generation, content distribution, and marketing operations through AI-powered agents.
The Service is currently in private beta. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
- Autonomous GTM agents for scouting, hunting, content, campaign, and technical operations
- Scenario Playbooks for event-triggered multi-channel campaigns
- PR Review Queue for human approval of agent outputs
- Integrations with third-party services when explicitly connected
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use GTMHacked. If you use GTMHacked on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
During beta, access may be invitation-only. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and notifying us of unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service to send spam or violate anti-spam laws
- Do not scrape, harvest, or collect data in violation of third-party platform terms
- Do not impersonate others or engage in deceptive marketing practices
- Do not attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineer the Service
- Do not use the Service in violation of applicable law
5. Third-Party Integrations
GTMHacked may connect to third-party services on your behalf. By connecting those services, you represent that you have the right to grant access and agree to comply with those third-party terms.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn, Apollo, Google, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated.
6. AI-Generated Content and Human Review
- AI-generated outputs are drafts and may contain errors
- You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before use
- GTMHacked does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content
7. Intellectual Property
The GTMHacked platform, design, code, branding, and underlying technology are owned by GTMHacked and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you provide and grant GTMHacked a limited license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service on your behalf.
8. Fees and Payment
GTMHacked is currently free during private beta. Future paid plans may be billed monthly or annually, and pricing may change with notice.
9. Disclaimer and Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. GTM results are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTMHacked shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination, Law, and Contact
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
